Breezy Bangalore

Well, I have finally arrived in India! Sorry, for the lack of updates but After 3 whole days here, we've finally managed to find a little shack in somewhere in the streets of mumbai with some decent internet connection!

Ok.. BANGALORE! Oneword: AMAZING. Such a wonderful city to start off in. Aunty Mary, Aunty Jesst, Patsy & Christina were amazing hosts. They cooked an awesome Sothi for lunch (with fried fish too!) I thought it was such a coincidence that they happned to cook it on the exact day that we arrived. But, i found out later that grandma had called them earlier to tell them about my preferences! HAHAH THANKS GRANDMA.

About the weather.. well, the title says it all really. Bangalore is a little like genting highlands in that sense. I'm so glad we bought that windbreaker.

But sadly, we only had 1 day in the Breezy City! Our next plan was to take a WHOPPING 24HR Trainride from Banglore up to MUMBAI!

That i must say is an experience that I will remember for the rest of my life. The scenery was so beautiful. We passed desserts, shrub-land, rocky mountains, green valleys and even slums. Women dressed in colourful saree's dotted the landscape carrying water jugs on their head. The children along the way look so happy and carefree. World apart from the kids we see backhome.

Ok, my time is almost up, I'll write more when I get the chance. Mumbai is another world all together! I've got so many stories to tell all of you! Oh well, till then!!!
